Insurance claim

Here's a general outline of the storm restoration insurance claim process:

Hail Inspection

1. Assess the Damage

The first step is to assess the damage. Professional contractors like us at Eleven Exterior will inspect your property, and write a detailed photo report, to ensure the best warranties.

File a claim

2. File a Claim

Contact your insurance company to report the damage and file a claim. Our professional staff can help file a claim and provide you with details about the damage and any other relevant information.

Schedule an inspection

3. Schedule an Inspection

Once you have filed a claim, your insurance company will schedule an inspection with the adjuster, and our staff will be present for this inspection so that we can point out any damage.

Signing Contract

4. Get Approval

After your insurance company reviewed the inspection result, they will send you an estimate listing covered damages. Our staff can help you review the estimate and check for damages that are not covered.

New Home

5. Repair

Your insurance company will issue payment directly to you, and you can sign a contract to move forward with the repairs.

After repairs are complete, your insurance will request evidence of repairs and issue all remaining payments.

We will work with your insurance company to make sure that all payments are made and that you are not responsible for any additional costs.

The Common Types of Damages

After natural disasters like hailstorms or hurricanes, your properties may be damaged. Here are the common signs that you can notice.
